Filing calendar · Marked against the actual deadlines

When ASSB is due.

SS1
ASSB quarterly schedule
Due the 15th day following quarter end

The SS1 lists each insured employee with their insurable earnings and ASSB contributions remitted, at the combined 10% rate. Workzoom generates the SS1 directly from payroll with no manual data entry. Late schedules attract a XCD 50 per-schedule penalty; late remittance attracts a 10% surcharge plus interest.

ISL
Interim Stabilisation Levy return
Due the 15th of the following month

The Interim Stabilisation Levy return covers matched 3% employer and 3% employee contributions on earnings up to the XCD 12,000 monthly ceiling, submitted to the Inland Revenue Department. Workzoom generates the return from the same payroll close as the SS1, ready to submit, so the two bases reconcile by construction.
