Common concerns with TriblockHR
3 years of production vs 25+
Workzoom has been processing payroll since 2000 through regulatory changes, economic shifts, and client growth across multiple countries. TriblockHR lists 2022 as their founding year on LinkedIn and does not publish when their first client went live.
Caribbean-first, but expanding slowly
TriblockHR is adding St. Lucia, Guyana, and Antigua — but Canada, US, and UK are not on the roadmap. Organizations with North American operations need a second platform. Workzoom runs live payroll in Canada, the US, and the Bahamas from one system.
Higher cost, fewer modules
Both platforms use the same per-employee-per-month pricing model. Workzoom charges $4 per suite ($16 full platform). TriblockHR charges $5 per module ($20 full platform). Workzoom includes six additional modules (benefits, compensation, pension, health and safety, succession, engagement surveys) at the lower price.
