How long does implementation actually take?
It depends on scope. Mid-Wilshire HCC (100 employees) went live in one month with 7 hours of training. Northern Sunrise County processed their first payroll in under 3 months. County of Renfrew (900 employees) onboarded 32 people in 3 months with zero paper. Typical range is 4 to 12 weeks.
What does "no setup fees" actually mean?
It means $0. Implementation coaching, data migration, sandbox environment, configuration, training, parallel payroll runs, and ongoing support are all included in your $4/employee/month subscription. There is no separate implementation invoice.
Do we get a dedicated implementation contact?

Which banks does Workzoom support for direct deposit?
Workzoom generates standard ACH files compatible with every major bank in the Caribbean and Canada. Scotiabank, RBC, and CIBC FirstCaribbean are supported across all territories they operate in. Country-specific banks including NCB and JN Bank in Jamaica, Republic Bank and First Citizens in Trinidad and Barbados, and all BACH-member banks in the Bahamas are also supported. Bank file configuration is completed during kickoff. Your coach confirms which banks your employees use, sets up the file format, and runs a test deposit before your first live payroll. Raise your bank at kickoff so there are no delays on pay day one.
