The minimums ensure we can support your account with our high service standards. Currently, the minimum fees are $400 for one suite, $500 for two suites, $600 for three suites, or $700 for all four suites.

If your usage-based fee (employees × $4 × number of suites) is higher than the minimum, you simply pay that amount and the minimum doesn’t apply.

These minimums are generally met by mid-sized teams; smaller teams can still use Workzoom, with the minimum ensuring they receive full onboarding and support. There are no other fixed fees – you’ll never pay more than your per-employee rate or the stated minimums.
