Yes. Workzoom uses a simple per-employee-per-month model with small minimum monthly fees based on how many suites you subscribe to. The minimums ensure we can support your account with our high service standards. Currently, the minimum fees are $400 for one suite, $500 for two suites, $600 for three suites, or $700 for all four suites.

If your usage-based fee (employees × $4 × number of suites) is higher than the minimum, you simply pay that amount and the minimum doesn’t apply.

These minimums are generally met by mid-sized teams; smaller teams can still use Workzoom, with the minimum ensuring they receive full onboarding and support. There are no other fixed fees – you’ll never pay more than your per-employee rate or the stated minimums.

Yes. Workzoom supports multiple bank accounts for each employee. Staff can decide how much of their pay goes into each account, either by percentage or a fixed amount. This makes it easy to send part of a salary to savings, a loan payment, or another account, while the rest goes to a main checking account.
