Silvera is a non-profit based in Calgary that provides affordable housing for older adults. Across 36 buildings, they offer both independent and supportive living options to over 2,300 seniors. Their team handles the housing, services, and care that help residents feel safe, supported, and at home.

With a growing team across many locations, they needed a system that could keep up, especially with scheduling, payroll, recruitment and HR tasks happening all at once.
