Questions about the demo
Here's what to expect so you can make the most of your time with us.
-
We offer three options depending on where you are in your search.
15 minutes is a quick discovery call. We'll learn about your organization, talk through your objectives, identify where the gaps are, and give you a high-level overview of how Workzoom fits. Great if you're early in your research and want to see if there's a match before committing more time.
30 minutes is our most popular option. You'll get a focused walkthrough of the suites that matter most to your organization, see how they connect through a single employee record, and have time for questions. Enough depth to make a real evaluation.
60 minutes is a full product demo. We'll go deeper into specific workflows, show how configuration works for your industry and region, walk through reporting, and cover implementation details. Best when you're narrowing your shortlist and need to see the product in action.
-
We start by understanding your current setup and what's not working. Then we show you the parts of Workzoom that are relevant to your situation. No generic slide deck. You'll see the live product configured for scenarios similar to yours, with time at the end for any questions. If you're not sure which session length to pick, start with 15 minutes and we'll go from there.

Nothing formal. It helps if you have a rough idea of how many employees you have, which areas are causing the most friction (payroll, time tracking, onboarding, etc.), and what systems you're currently using. But if you don't have all that figured out, that's fine too. The call is designed to help you sort through it.
-
Absolutely. In fact, we encourage it. Bringing your HR lead, payroll administrator, or IT contact means everyone can evaluate the platform from their own perspective and ask the questions that matter to their role. We'll send a calendar invite with a meeting link that's easy to share with your team.
-
No. We're a consultative team, not a boiler room. The goal of every call is to help you understand whether Workzoom is the right fit for your organization. If it is, great. If it's not, we'll tell you that too. No follow-up spam, no pressure tactics. We'd rather earn your trust than chase a deal.
-
That's up to you. If you want to move forward, we'll outline next steps including a more detailed discovery session, a custom proposal, and access to a sandbox environment where your team can explore the platform firsthand. If you need more time, no problem. We'll follow up once and then let you drive the timeline.
-
If you're still exploring options and want to understand the basics, book the 15-minute call. If you already know you need an HR and payroll platform and want to see how Workzoom handles it, go with 30 minutes. If you're comparing vendors, have a shortlist, and want to dig into specifics like compliance, integrations, or implementation, the 60-minute session will give you the most value. You can always book a follow-up if you want to go deeper.

Yes, and we're transparent about it. Workzoom is $4 per suite per employee per month. There are four suites: HR, Workforce Management, Payroll, and Talent Development. Pick one or pick all four. Implementation, training, data migration, and ongoing support are all included. No setup fees, no hidden costs. We'll walk through what it looks like for your specific headcount on the call, or you can check our pricing page beforehand.
