  • Workzoom maintains country-specific tax engines that calculate payroll taxes according to local regulations. When you run payroll, the system automatically applies the correct federal, provincial, or state tax rates, calculates statutory deductions like CPP and EI in Canada or NIB in Bahamas, and generates required government reports.

    Tax tables update automatically when governments change rates. You do not need to track regulatory changes manually.

  • Workzoom pricing is $4 per employee per month per suite. The four suites are HR, Workforce, Payroll, and Talent. When you subscribe to all four suites, the price caps at $14 per employee per month instead of $16.

    Minimum monthly fees vary by region. Caribbean organizations receive regional pricing with lower minimums than North American rates. View complete pricing details.

  • Yes. Workzoom processes payroll in the local currency for each country. Canadian employees are paid in CAD, US employees in USD, and Bahamian employees in BSD. Each country entity maintains its own currency configuration.

    Consolidated reports can display totals in any base currency you choose for executive reporting and financial analysis.

  • Most multi-country implementations complete in 8 to 16 weeks. The timeline depends on how many countries, employees, and modules you need configured. Data migration, compliance setup, validation, and training are all included.
